I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, where clinical experiences of mine have ranged from community-based services, residential treatment, and private practice. I primarily work with preteens, teens, and young adults struggling with depression and anxiety. Often times, I have seen these presenting issues emerge due to conflicts in identity, within relationships, and thinking about their future. I also see individuals struggling with trauma, ranging in varying degrees of traumatic events that have been endured.
While many of my clients that I have worked with come from different backgrounds, many strive for the same goals: To gain purpose & meaning, self-awareness, and overall happiness. It is a human need to want to be seen and heard. In my sessions, I work to provide a safe and judgement free zone for the client to be fully themselves. I also work to provide a sense of structure in my sessions, where this is crucial for one's overall daily life. Here, we work on learning concrete skills, whether it may be interpersonal skills, coping with stressors, or regulating and tolerating emotions.
With the times that we are in, we could all use support & guidance in this confusing and scary world. I would love to be that person to walk through this with you, so we can learn and grow in this together.

Learn
To be a healthy, functioning teen or adult, it's important to have the necessary skills to deal with life's stressful events. In therapy, we'll learn coping mechanisms and emotion regulation skills to utilize in crisis-like situations, as well as relationship and self-esteem building skills to strengthen relationships not only with others, but within ourselves.

what to expect
Whether it’s your first time working with a therapist or your hundredth, it’s always nice to know what to expect once you start your journey.

We’ll start with a quick 15 minute chat on the phone to make sure working together is a good fit for both of us. This is your time to ask any questions you have for me.

How frequent we meet will be collaborative. We will discuss how often is best for us to meet depending on the level of need and concern you are seeking.
